NLA uses marketing research as as an integral part of our on-going marketing planning activities for our clients. Whatever the need, NLA is equipped to produce a turnkey project:

NLA is often called upon to design and execute specific marketing research projects for clients. One of our two partners will fully oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish. We approach each project, big or small, individually and design a custom approach to achieve the objectives.

We provide our clients usable and actionable research findings with clear and concise recommendations and suggestions for next steps, whether it is further research or suggestions on how to most effectively implement what we have learned.

We also provide extensive in-house customer database design, maintenance and analysis. Where appropriate, we conduct demographic and segmentation analysis to help us learn more about our client's customers and to assist in the development of targeted marketing programs. NLA maintains internal software to visually plot customers and potential markets.
